Simply put, get to the root of it. If you don't deal with the root, it will keep producing fruit in your life. Your symptoms and behaviors won't change. Your thought process around fear won't change. Look at why the issue of fear became a real situation in your life. Examine when this fear started? When it was planted? What event or situation created this path of fear in your life? Go back to the origin of this fear and how it was able to take root. It's important to go back to the beginning of it, so you could identify deeper rooted things that fuel your fears.
