Much uncertainty comes with learning to trust the process. That's why is not always easy to do so. With time, you must become comfortable with not always knowing if what you're doing is working, if it will pay off and bear fruit. There are so many unanswered questions that comes up in the process and that's okay. This is all apart of the journey. Little by little you'll learn what you need to do.   Hey There! What have you done for fun lately? I know we are living in unprecedented times with COVID and everything that comes with this historic pandemic. I know many are out of work, feeling heavy financial straint, dealing with various challenges and are hard pressed to the limit. I know it’s not a fun time for many and that’s definitely true. In spite of these REAL devastating realities many are facing, your self-care should never be put on hold. There should be no time out for self-care. Setting aside intentional time to do something fun and enjoyable for yourself is apart of your self-care package.   Clearly, being judged is normal part of society. We will often judge others and we will most certainly be judged by others as well. The problem is when we are overly concerned with being judged and are so caught up on what people think about us that we cannot live our lives freely. We often become so obsessed and fearful of it that it affects everything we do. We end up making decision based on what other's think, while suppressing our truest expression  of ourselves. We begin to lose our true identity because we are trying to be what we think people will approve of.  Many times, this fear and obsession with being judged is due to drama from our past.
