Self-care: What Have You Done For Fun Lately?

  Hey There! What have you done for fun lately? I know we are living in unprecedented times with COVID and everything that comes with this historic pandemic. I know many are out of work, feeling heavy financial straint, dealing with various challenges and are hard pressed to the limit. I know it’s not a fun time for many and that’s definitely true. In spite of these REAL devastating realities many are facing, your self-care should never be put on hold. There should be no time out for self-care. Setting aside intentional time to do something fun and enjoyable for yourself is apart of your self-care package. I believe things that are fun, enjoyable and that puts you at ease and help you to unwind and refresh yourself, should be things that we schedule into our time daily or weekly. Maybe for you it’s taking a nap, reading a book, taking a walk, eating some ice cream (don’t go overboard), journaling, talking with friends, having a nice bubble bath, playing golf, watching a movie or yo...
